As General Counsel, Chris Holland leads Gryphon’s legal function and is responsible for providing legal support and counsel to Gryphon’s business operations, including sales, business development, operations, marketing, finance, technology and human resources.

Chris has more than 20 years of high level in-house legal and transaction experience, with a focus on key legal issues, business strategies and initiatives. Prior to joining Gryphon, Chris held a number of senior in-house legal positions representing companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, energy, transportation and construction services.

Chris earned his law degree from Suffolk University and his BA in Political Science from Merrimack College. Chris is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Colorado.
