Demand Generation and Partnership Marketing Manager

LOCATION: BOSTON, MA

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement demand generation programs that translate marketing objectives and strategies into successful tactics to drive lead generation and support the overall Brand positioning / strategy
  • Oversee implementation and planning of online marketing activities across established and emerging channels such as email, digital media, SEM, paid social media, webinars, retargeting, display advertising and other channels as needed
  • Manage to specific budget and lead generation goals, allocating budget across channels to delivery against goals and marketing ROI
  • Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high quality leads. Partner with our agency to optimize PPC campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC
  • Partner with our agency to drive measurable improvement in SEO while simultaneously improving the prospect journey
  • Partner with our content marketing manager to attract qualified leads to our owned properties/assets including research reports, articles, PR interviews, whitepapers, and webinars
  • Assist with campaigns and initiatives to support our partnership marketing initiatives in conjunction with VP of Strategic Opportunity
  • Propose and implement A/B testing of messaging within key channels to improve overall campaign efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing operations team to measure lead quality and optimize marketing campaigns to deliver highest quality leads to BDR organization
  • Test into new marketing channels to identify expand reach and scale

Skill Requirements

  • High intellectual curiosity and self-motivation with ability to work individually on self-driven projects, manage and meet deadlines, and prioritize project lists
  • Exceptional attention to detail and solid project management skills
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS/Technology marketing experience working on digital marketing programs with responsibility for improving program results against measurable KPIs
  • Expertise with all forms of earned, owned, and paid media; digital expertise is a must
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and current ABM platforms
  • Demonstrated success running marketing programs that combine email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content creation and social media
  • Working knowledge of HTML and content management systems (WordPress)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or related
