As Vice President of Sales, Dan Hatch brings nearly 10 years of sales experience to the Gryphon team. Dan has extensive management experience scaling large sales organizations, recruiting the right talent, retaining top performers, exceeding quotas, and inspiring future sales leaders. He has played an instrumental role in the growth that Gryphon has experienced year-to-date, and his leadership has aided in the transformation of Gryphon into a metrics-driven sales team.

Dan previously served as VP of Business Development and Enablement at Gryphon. Prior to Gryphon, Dan served as the VP of Sales & Partnerships at Jobiak, the Director of Mid-Market Sales at SmashFly Technologies (sold to Symphony Talent), and the Director of Sales Development at Turbonomic (sold to IBM). Dan holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Lasell University.
