• On Friday, April 14th, 2017, Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Good Friday.
• On Sunday, April 16th, 2017, Louisiana prohibits unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Easter; however, state law already prohibits telephone solicitations on Sundays.
• On Monday, April 24th, 2017, Alabama and Mississippi prohibit unsolicited marketing calls to residents in observance of Confederate Memorial Day.

Please be aware of the following Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) member holiday telephone solicitation bans for the month of April:
• On Friday, April 14th, 2017, the CMA prohibits members from making unsolicited marketing calls to residents of Canada in observance of Good Friday.
• On Sunday, April 16th, 2017, the CMA prohibits members from making unsolicited marketing calls to residents of Canada in observance of Easter.
• On Monday, April 17th, 2017, the CMA prohibits members from making unsolicited marketing calls to residents of Canada in observance of Easter Monday.
