Please be aware that the state of Louisiana has issued a State of Emergency solicitation ban due to Tropical Storm Nate. The Louisiana Public Service Commission (LSPC) has been required to report to the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness triggering the solicitation ban. The prohibition of telephonic solicitations will remain in effect until the LSPC is released from this mandatory reporting status, currently projected to last until November 4th, 2017, unless terminated sooner. Gryphon has updated its existing service parameters to reflect this solicitation ban and will alert you as soon as this solicitation ban ends.

Please contact the Gryphon Networks’ Helpdesk with any questions at 866-366-6822.
