Gryphon Technical Account Manager
Upon Customer’s engagement of Gryphon to provide TAM services, Gryphon will designate a dedicated senior technical resource or resources who will work closely with the Customer to provide pro-active advisory services related to Gryphon’s solutions, industry best practices, and occasional ad-hoc training sessions as they relate to Customer’s specific business requirements.
Additionally, Customer’s designated TAM will educate, assist, and provide guidance with specific implementation and architecture design initiatives and requirements, including technical feature modifications and configurations of Gryphon’s platform. The TAM will also work closely with Gryphon’s Customer Success Manager (CSM) assigned to Customer to serve as an advocate for product enhancements and customer service.
Gryphon and Customer may mutually agree on a regular meeting schedule for collaboration on and management of ongoing TAM activities. Additionally, Customer may request specific project work to be scoped and implemented. All project related requests will be scoped, reviewed and mutually agreed upon by Customer and Gryphon before any work is commenced and/or completed.
