Gryphon Professional Services
Gryphon AI’s Professional Services team delivers implementation solutions that enhance Customer use of the Gryphon ONE platform via project management, technical design, testing, and platform configuration. Engagement deliverables include Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), integration support, and a handoff to Customer Success for long-term enablement.
Upon Customer’s engagement with Gryphon AI to provide Professional Services, Gryphon AI will designate a Project Manager (PM) to work closely with Customer to document scope of Services, business requirements, deliverables, and Customer obligations in a Statement of Work (SOW).
Expert Services
Beyond implementation, Gryphon AI Professional Services offers advisory services through Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Regulatory Services Advisors (RSAs) and Project Managers (PMs) (collectively, “Expert Services Personnel”).
Expert Services Personnel engaged by Customer deliver proactive advisory services related to Gryphon AI’s solutions, industry best practices, and compliance considerations, including ad-hoc training sessions tailored to Customer’s business requirements.
The TAM will provide guidance on implementation initiatives, including Gryphon AI platform feature modifications and custom configurations. The RSA will provide insights on regulatory updates, compliance strategy, and operational risk mitigation. The PM will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination are effectively managed in furtherance of the mutually agreed upon terms, conditions and obligations within the SOW.
Expert Services Personnel will collaborate with Customer’s dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to advocate for service enhancements and ensure alignment with Customer objectives.
Gryphon AI and Customer may mutually agree upon a regular meeting schedule for ongoing Expert Services activities. Customer may also request specific project work, which will be scoped, reviewed, and mutually agreed upon in a SOW before commencement of such services by Expert Services Personnel.
