The Gryphon Professional Services team consists of customer experience (CX) compliance experts, trusted advisors, and CX innovators to ensure Customers are protected from regulatory compliance risk while also recognizing the value of the Gryphon solutions through agent onboarding and workflow efficiencies.
Gryphon expertise can provide industry and/or product related services ranging from, but not limited to, Compliance Health Checks, Starter Set and implementation services, the leveraging of real-time Sentiment Analysis, custom Service Platform integration, and dedicated Technical Account Manager options.
Gryphon Professional Services are delivered and achieved specific to a corresponding Statement of Work (SOW) coordinated and agreed upon by and between Customer and Customer's assigned Gryphon Customer Success Manager.
