Gryphon ONE Premium edition includes all features of the Gryphon ONE Foundation and Advanced editions, and the features listed below:
Post Call Analysis & Advanced Search (requires a Voice Integration Add-On)
Post Call Analysis (“PCA”) allows Customer to review individual call details, call rating, call notes, and utterance flags of recorded calls placed through the Gryphon Voice Integration Add-On. Customer may play back the recorded telephone call, view transcripts, and other supported call metrics of any recorded telephone call. Call recordings are retained for one (1) year unless otherwise agreed upon by Customer and Gryphon. Transcripts of recorded calls are retained for three (3) years unless otherwise agreed upon by Customer and Gryphon.
Advanced Search allows Customer to search recorded calls placed through the Gryphon Voice Integration Add-On. Text, key moments, call flags, and other search criteria are supported.
Gryphon Compliance Service
Real Time Established Business Relationship (EBR) Certification
Real Time Established Business Relationship (“EBR”) Certification allows Customer to leverage the EBR Management service via the Web Services API by including optional exemption data in contact certification requests, to be applied in real-time.
Lead Recovery
Lead Recovery Business (United States only)
Lead Recovery Business (“LRB”) shall identify business telephone numbers sourced from a third-party directory of U.S. businesses that Customer may contact, provided a telephone number is not either:
- on Customer’s IDNC List,
- registered on an applicable U.S. state DNC list,
- on a list of wireless telephone numbers in a jurisdiction where manually or automatically dialed calls to U.S. wireless numbers are prohibited,
- prohibited by state holiday, state of emergency, state or federal calling hour or frequency restrictions at the time the telephone number is contacted; or
- otherwise determined to be prohibited by the compliance service.
IDNC Expiration (United States only)
IDNC Expiration shall expire telephone numbers from Customer’s IDNC List based on the opt-out date associated with each telephone number. Opt-out dates are determined by:
- date supplied by the Customer or,
- the date a telephone number is added to Customer’s IDNC List when no date is provided.
When a telephone number is expired from Customer’s IDNC List, contacting telephone number will be permitted, unless the compliance services identify the telephone number as prohibited for another do-not-contact restriction.
The IDNC Expiration service determines expiration timeframes based on U.S. jurisdiction using the area code of the telephone number. Arizona, Delaware, and Virginia require that telephone numbers on an IDNC List be honored for a minimum of ten (10) years. U.S. federal regulations require that telephone numbers included on an IDNC List be honored for a minimum of five (5) years.
For all other jurisdictions that do not specify a minimum timeframe, Gryphon expires Customer’s IDNC records five (5) years from the date the telephone number was entered on the IDNC list.
The following jurisdictions do not allow for IDNC Expiration: Alaska, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, and Wisconsin.
Gryphon ONE Insights
Gryphon ONE Insights provides analytics and data on Gryphon Search, Gryphon Certify, list management, and all contact certifications. Gryphon ONE Insights assists with monitoring exemption performance, managing do-not-call expirations and tracking transaction usage efficiently. Advanced reporting visually summarizes conversations, revealing key metrics like sentiment, talk ratio, and keywords for actionable insights.
