As Vice President of Revenue Operations, Nicky delivers visibility across the entire revenue stream and improved efficiency across the revenue process to drive revenue predictability and achieve growth. She brings over 20 years of experience to Gryphon across engineering, technology and operations. Most recently, Nicky served as VP of Revenue Operations at Carpe Data and Quadient after overseeing revenue operations at OpenText.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and skiing near her Colorado home and spending time with her husband and two children.
