As Chief of Staff, Nicky oversees strategic business initiatives from development through execution, leveraging over 20 years in engineering, technology, and operations to enhance revenue visibility. She supports executive decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation while fostering relationships and collaborating on operational strategies and special projects.

Before joining Gryphon, Nicky served as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Carpe Data and Quadient after overseeing revenue operations at OpenText. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and skiing near her Colorado home and spending time with her husband and two children.

Nicky holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Master’s in Systems Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Texas.
