As Vice President of Sales, Partners, and Alliances, Rob is responsible for the development and execution of the partner and alliance strategy and sales at Gryphon. He leads the team that identifies and builds relationships with strategic business partners to deliver complete solutions for customers using the Gryphon portfolio.

Rob has managed and scaled direct and channel sales for start-up and growth-oriented software organizations for over 25 years, focusing on enterprise technology.

Rob graduated from the University of Washington and currently serves on their advisory board. He and his wife Danielle live in Kirkland, WA. Rob enjoys everything outdoors, including golf, skiing, and boating.
