Christian G. Kasper is a board member, investor, and operating executive for private equity portfolio companies. He has served as CEO, COO, or CFO of six companies, with a focus on SaaS software businesses. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EnterpriseDB Corporation, a database software business and a portfolio company of Bain Capital and Great Hill Partners. Prior to EDB, Chris held executive roles at Reflexis Systems, a workforce management software business, and iboss, Inc., a cloud cybersecurity company. Earlier in his career, Chris served in leadership positions of several companies, including Harvest Power, The Princeton Review, AlixPartners, and Lifetime Brands. Chris began his career at The Boston Consulting Group.

Chris is a co-founder and Managing Director of Reflexis Capital Partners, a private investment fund. He has served on several boards of directors, including as Chairman of the International Cookware Group S.A.S. (dba Pyrex), a private equity owned consumer products business based in Paris, France. He has served on the faculty at Harvard Business School as a Dean’s Research Fellow in the Technology and Operations Management department. Chris is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
