As President of Gryphon, Clay leads Gryphon’s strategic vision, operations, go-to-market strategy, and employee experience. A visionary builder, grower, and leader, Clay has 25+ years of tactical experience driving bottom line growth and new recurring revenue streams, specializing in enterprise solutions. His experience includes consistently driving double digit revenue growth, both organically and through M&A. He is dedicated to building cohesive teams and empowering individuals to exceed their potential.

Clay attended Texas A&M University, and currently lives in Texas with his wife Candice and three children. In his free time, Clay enjoys anything outdoors, including a love/hate relationship with the game of golf. He serves as an advisory board member for Tau Kappa Epsilon and has been actively involved in Rise Against Hunger and Habitat for Humanity.
