As Vice President of SaaS Operations, Rhylan leads the organization responsible for cloud platform, infrastructure and security, DevOps, production service delivery and corporate IT functions.  Working closely with Product Engineering and Customer Success, the SaaS Operations organization lends expertise designing, building, and operating the Gryphon ONE platform, employing industry best practices for security, reliability, resiliency, and performance.

Rhylan brings over 20 years experience working on B2B SaaS products and solutions, with a focus on web and retail analytics prior to Gryphon.  Having led operations organizations at IBM and multiple startups, he has provided technical leadership through transformation, growth, and M&A activity.  He graduated from Texas A&M University and resides in Trophy Club, TX with his wife Courtney, and daughters Layla and Maya.
